Trying to install [QTP3 R] (http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/45666/?). The page on Nexus says that I need to install a compatibility patch so that the texture pack won't confict with the Unofficial Oblivion Patch. Problem is I don't see how to install the compatibility patch. It's an archive with some textures and folders and such. No .esp files or anything. There's a readme, but it didn't specify how to install the compatibility patch.

Additionally, I may wish to uninstall the texture pack if my lappy can't chug it but I'm told the pack will override vanilla files. Anyone know which all vanilla files I need to back up? More generally, is there a good way to cleanly uninstall this texture pack?
